Terms of Service & Enterprise MSA
Effective Date: September 2026 • Service operated by the Synton team.
1. Scope of Infrastructure Services
These Terms of Service govern enterprise access to the Synton WebRTC SFU real-time media engine, client SDK distribution, and regional Edge PoP infrastructure operated by the Synton team. All services are provisioned pursuant to executed Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
2. Operational Service Level Target
Synton commits to a rolling 99.9% availability target over continuous 30-day operational windows across its active regional edge nodes. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance through our Network Operations Center.
3. Tenant Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Enterprise tenants are responsible for securing tenant authentication credentials, managing SAML/OIDC federated identity assertions, and ensuring all real-time media streams transmitted across Synton infrastructure comply with applicable telecommunications and data privacy regulations.
4. Technical Inquiries & Consultations
Any technical inquiries, billing questions, or contractual notices regarding the Synton platform shall be directed by email to hello@synton.cc.
